The evening starts with a welcome reception at 6 PM, serving hors d'oeuvres and a welcome cocktail, followed by a seated dinner at 7 PM. Each course is paired with a 1.5oz pour of WhistlePig Whiskey, creating a balanced and flavorful dining experience.
